Sourced from Langhorne Creek in South Australia and one of the richer and riper sparkling red styles. Lots of dark plum and spice with underlying dark chocolate and licorice showing through on the nose. Sweet plum and spice come in to their own on the palate which exhibits a rich mouthfeel and is beautifully textured with silky tannins, leading to a smooth lingering finish. It's the traditional wine of Christmas that can be drunk before, after and during!
