T'Gallant Cape Schanck Pinot Noir 2021

A blend drawn from the Yarra Valley, Henty and Mornington. A vibrant earthen red in colour. The perfumed nose displays ripe red berries and forest floor with nuances of smoked meats and spice. On the palate flavours of dark cherry and redcurrants combined with attractive gamey characters, interwoven with fine silky tannins.
