Chain Of Fire Merlot

This wine hails from the Central West of New South Wales, with fruit drawn from the Mudgee and Cowra sub-regions. Displaying lifted aromas of fresh berries including plum, oak, and a hint of dark cherry. Matured in oak barrels, it is light to medium-bodied and is ready to enjoy now. This merlot pairs well with lighter meat dishes or pasta.
