Lobo

LOBO is an orchard based drinks venture, one partner is a 5th generation orchardist, the other loves to ferment. 

From a beginning in cider in 2008, the range has built and evolved to include our Orchard Gin – Djinn, made using an infusion of our quince crop in the complex botanical mix, and an apple brandy, carefully pot distilled cider, that is aged for 3+ years in oak before release. Occasional limited release other spirits, such as our Apfel Schnapps.
